We always do or best to provide a high level of service and meet the needs of the members of our practice however if you feel that this is not the case we often find that it is due to a misunderstanding that can be resolved with a conversation.


If you are unhappy in any way please let us know by speaking with your practitioner or the practice manager. If we cannot resolve your complaint we can refer you to our association, the United Chiropractic Association and failing resolution at this stage if it is a complaint about a Chiropractor to the statutory regulator the General Chiropractic Council.
